Yasmim Silveira is a lawyer at MJAB and works in the firm’s strategic litigation area. She has experience in several areas of law, especially in Tax Law, Administrative Law and Civil Law. In addition, she has worked at the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT), the Federal Public Defender’s Office (DPU) and the Regional Accounting Council (CRC). Currently, her work is focused on tax matters and Pro Bono cases at MJ Alves Burle and Viana Advogados.
Yasmim holds a degree in Law from the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) and is specializing in Tax Law and Political Science at the International University Center (UNINTER).
