With more than 15 years of experience in business law, Leandro Bettini has extensive expertise in the practice of advisory and contentious Tax Law, advising national and international clients in high-complexity cases in the most varied activities. He also has relevant performance in tax administrative litigation, especially before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF), in the defense of the interests of taxpayers.
Graduated from the Instituto de Ensino Superior de Brasília, he studied specialization in Taz Law from the Direito Tributário pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários – IBET, Master in Business at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and is a masters degree in Public Policy and Government by the same institution. Leandro has been a partner in our contentious area since January 2023 and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), the Tax Law Commission of the OAB/DF, and the Brazilian Association of Institutional and Government Relations (ABRIG).
