Othon Neto is a partner at MJAB, an expert in Legal Order and Public Prosecution from Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Distrito Federal e Territórios – FESMPDFT –, and a Master’s degree in “Regulation and Transformations in the Economic Order” at the Universidade de Brasília – UnB. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal Forum of Tax Law (RFDT), Reviewer of the Journal of Sectorial and Regulatory Law (RDSR) of the Nucleus of Sectorial and Regulatory Law at UnB and member of the OAB/DF Fees Commission for tax matters.
