Filipe Distreti joined MJAB as a lawyer in 2023 and previously worked for 15 years at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. His performance is focused on Tax litigation and advisory, assisting national and international clients in high-complexity cases in the most different activities. Graduated in Law from the União Pioneira de Integração Social Geral (UPIS), Filipe has experience in tax administrative litigation, especially before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF), in the defense of the interests of taxpayers. His work involves the formulation and definition of legal strategies, including the preparation of legal documents, as well as participation in judicial hearings.
