Andresa Sena has been practicing law for over fifteen years, especially in the civil, corporate, and administrative areas. During her career, she has represented insurance companies, syndicates, federal entities, and private pension funds. She stands out for her coordination of legal teams specialized in mass and strategic litigation.
Andresa holds a Bachelor of Laws by the Estácio de Sá University – UNESA and a postgraduation in civil law and civil procedure from the same university, specialization in business law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a specialization in consulting/advocacy of recovering companies, bankrupt, creditors, from Instituto Brasileiro de Direito da Empresa – IBDE, being able to exercise the position of Judicial Administrator. She is also a member of the OAB/RJ Oil and Gas Commission and of the OAB/DF Business Law and Contracts and Civil Liability Commissions. Andresa has been a partner at MJAB since 2019, where she acts in the litigation area with complex cases.
