Adriana Rocha

Adriana has extensive professional experience in handling matters related to Public Law, having worked in Executive and Judiciary bodies and institutions at both the district and federal levels. She has worked at leading law firms in the areas of Government Relations and Competition Law. In the public sector, she served in various areas of Public Law, including as Advisor at the Secretariat of Economic Law (currently part of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE), Advisor to the Presidency of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), and at the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the Federal District Court of Accounts (MPC-DF). She also led the Legal-Legislative Advisory Office and the Public-Private Partnerships Unit at the District Secretariat of Planning and Budget.

She holds a Magister Legum (LL.M.) in Finance from Goethe Universität Frankfurt am Main and a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Adriana is a member of the Brazilian Association of Institutional and Government Relations (Abrig), the Brazilian Carbon and Methane Credit Association (Abcarbon), and the Women in Government Relations Association (Mulheres RelGov+). She also serves as a Statutory Board Member of the SHE Institute – Sustainable, Humanitarian Empowerment.
