“There are legal tools to show that gambling activity is not a misdemeanor”
The OAB DF Gaming Law Commission was created recently to debate the future of the sector in Brazil. The partner of MJAB, Bárbara Teles, was invited to be part of the Commission’s board and, in this exclusive interview with GMB, she gives her point of view regarding the legalization of the sector in Brazil. ‘There is a legal path for games of fortune in Brazil to be perfectly viable for our society, without the problems that have happened in the past,’ she says.
